Yves Naman has worked with the designer Emmanuel Picault under the premise to charge with Mexican personality all the suites in this Porfirian building of Colonia Roma. And indeed its three rooms are designed for lovers of details and savoir vivre.

El Patio, as the name suggests, features a breezy patio complete with a leather swing and a handmade hammock crafted by artisans in the Yucatán. The interior aesthetic decorated with French and Mexican style, is bolder and dramatic thanks to a black velvet sofa, crocodile-skin upholstery and a terracotta sculpture of a dog by artist Carlos Ranc.

With pale hardwood floors, vintage lamps, and a hallway painted pink, La Luna has a more romantic, Frida Kahlo-inspired look—with a contemporary edge, of course. This place mimics this contrast by incorporating Mexican furniture of the last century, iron chairs and circular blown glass lamps of the 70s. Inside the room, there is a striking and imposing parabolic dish, an fascinating piece that creates a division between the bedroom and the living room!

La Terraza is the most lavish of the three suites: This suite offers an unprecedented proposal as the king-sized bed rolls from the bedroom to the open-air terrace so you can sleep looking at the stars!! Inside, theres a wood-burning fireplace. (Good luck convincing yourself to venture out on the town when you’re staying in a suite like this.)
